  • Get your shots.  Check with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention at http://cde.gov/travel. Compare information to ensure you obtain all required or otherwise-needed immunizations.  Immunizations are often given in a series of shots or pills covering several weeks and/or requiring more than one visit.  So, plan ahead and call ahead to check immunizations requirements and schedules.
